Can I return an item?

We hope you will be delighted with your order, however you may return your items to us if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will request you return your order to us and provided the soap has been unused and is in good condition in the original packaging we will offer an exchange (excluding postage to resend) or a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the package. Please note if you ordered an express delivery we will only refund for a standard delivery. If you bought the product from one of our stockists please contact them directly 

 

How do I get a refund/exchange?

Please email info@sussexsoaphouse.co.uk quoting your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back to us and we will happily assist you

How long do I have to return an item?

We offer a 14-day returns policy for unused items in good condition

 

What postage method should I use?

If you choose to return or exchange an item that is not damaged/faulty then unfortunately you will need to pay for the cost of postage as we are a small business. As we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit we advise you to get proof of postage.

 

How long will it take to process my refund?

Once your soap has arrived back safely with us we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost within 14 days. 

What if my item is faulty?

Every order is carefully checked and packed but if you do receive an item that is faulty or has been damaged in transit please email us at info@sussexsoaphouse.co.uk as soon as possible so that we can put everything right.
